**Add-On for Access hole (AH) in Column $40.00 per hole. Standard hole diameter is 1-1/2” or 2” on 3 & 4” Round.

**Access hole size can be modified at your request. Cast iron spider can be replaced with top plate and access hole can be added to top plate as well. Price depends on hole size required, please call for quote.

**Depending on the size and finish of your base, FCM will include either a top plate or a cast iron spider.

**All Disc and Column Bases include a decorative cover plate to ensure a smooth quality finish on every base.

**Adjustable glides are included.

**For Self-Adjusting Glides please add $20.00.
